The client must have a test instance that is a faithful representation of the production schema and statistics, and use their test instance for the development and testing of all changes to the production Oracle system.

The client must agree to allow us to pre-approve all production Oracle database changes.  This includes changes to the server environment including all files and directories owned by the oracle user and the oracle crontab.  For the database, this includes changes to scheduled jobs, initialization parameters, schema statistics, data files, tablespaces and SQL execution plans.
